Mischievous
Being nature inspired, I paint wildlife animals that are commonly seen in the North Georgia area. I wanted to create a portrait of a raccoon with a playful yet innocent look while keeping the background natural as a nod to wild animals when they are in their element. This raccoon might be up to no good, but it’s cute either way.
This painting was done in oil on wood and finished with a matte varnish and a black wooden frame (6x6” canvas).
